The experience was enjoyable, will come back. The property's location was beautiful, in a beautiful setting. Soup restaurant Giraffe Stop was located 15 minutes walk away. The room was reasonably large and huge, there were a mini-fridge-bar, a microwave oven, and a stone fireplace. A good choice of incredible food, we liked it...

We stumbled upon this gem of a hotel and couldn't have been happier. The hosts were delightful, the building and location were beautiful, and our room was absolutely wonderful - complete with a four-poster bed and a huge, beautifully furnished bathroom. The grounds were interesting to explore, and the private chapel added a unique touch. The chateau itself was full of family pictures and memorabilia, which made our stay even more special. And let's not forget the lovely breakfast that started our days off right.
Highly recommend this hotel.

The west-facing room at Le Chateau D'Ailly was absolutely charming. It had a private bathroom with a bathtub, which made me feel right at home. As an older guest, I greatly appreciated the comfort and convenience of having a bathtub in my room. The view of the park from the room was delightful, adding to the overall experience.
Personally, I would have preferred a private bathroom with a shower instead of just a bathtub. But hey, that's just me, and I'm sure others might still enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub.

Absolutely stunning location and building. The grounds were breathtaking, and the rooms were magnificent, with comfortable beds and beautiful old furniture. Great value for money and just a short drive away. Will definitely return!
If you're looking for a modern, ultra-sparkling hotel, this may not be for you. The building shows its age, with a touch of dust here and there.
